Service Description

This workshop is for highly motivated fitness individuals who want to learn a technique that enables them to work better with their clients. It is for professionals who want to build on their earlier training and to increase their scope. It is for folk who can and are willing to listen and learn from someone with 30 years’ experience as a chartered physiotherapist, 25 years of chronic low back pain, years of running a successful practice and has studied this to Master’s degree level. During this workshop you will learn how to assess the most common postural challenges and how it affects your clients. Tips and tricks to solve these common postural challenges so that your clients get the most out of your classes/instruction/workouts. You will receive 'done for you' templates to use straightaway. The simple tests on a page so you can refer to them and write the results down for your clients. I will also discuss options of how you can deep dive into what you already do to offer your clients this system that, so far, is only for the elite athletes. Why do I care? Because those clients are relying on you and so am I, as a physio, so that I can send them to you!
